Neillsville Locals (4 April 1974)

Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Lavene and son, Ricky, Mrs. Gordon Lavine, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Drescher, Mrs. Agnes Bender and Mrs. Hattie Forman were dinner and supper guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Bender and family near Loyal, the occasion being the observance of lee Bender’s seventh birthday last week Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. George Schaefer have returned recently from Santa Clara, Ca, where they visited their daughter, Mrs. Ashley Freiberg, and her family.

Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Yankee of Kenosha attended funeral services for his uncle, Lawrence P. O’Reilly, late of Marshfield. They also visited overnight with Mrs. Mary Yankee.

Mrs. Estella Dux and son, DeWayne, left Friday to spend the weekend with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Manley Walker and family, at Prairie Farm. They returned home Sunday noon.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Adams and family visited Saturday evening with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Mitte.

Dinner guests at the Roger Bender home near Loyal last Sunday in observance of the birthday of their daughter, Lori Ann, were: Gary Lavene, Dennie Dux, Mrs. Gordon Lavine, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Lavene and son Ricky, Mrs. Agnes Bender and Mrs. Hattie Forman. In the afternoon, Mrs. Esther Pachal and family joined them and all had supper together. Lori Ann received a number of nice gifts and her Grandmother ender brought her a very pretty birthday cake with six candles.
