Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Warner and Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Coon, Wild Rose, spent Sunday with Mrs. Stella Stevens. Mrs. Stevens entertained Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Stevens for Sunday supper.

Guests Sunday for dinner at the Robert Bauer home of Greenwood, in honor of the baptism of their son, Douglas Paul, were his sponsors, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Bauer, Greenwood, Jeanette, Charlene and Patrick, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Bauer, Spencer, Mrs. Lorene Bauer, Mrs. Robert Bauer, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Hubing, Neillsville.

Mrs. Robert Bauer's birthday was celebrated and everyone visited with Mrs. Lorene Bauer Sunday night.

Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Allan Lewis and daughter, Milwaukee, spent the weekend visiting her parents in Marshfield, Mrs. Elva Lewis of Loyal, the Julius Schroeder family at Spencer, and the Leslie Lewis' at Chili.

Mrs. Ida Gable, Mrs. Elva Lews and Betty Lewis visited on Saturday with Miss Elma Tessmer at Colby.

Mr. Dennis Engevold is a patient at Memorial Hospital at Neillsville.

Thursday evening Mr. and Mrs. Emil Henninger, Granton, visited with Mrs. Oswald Henninger. During the weekend Mr. and Mrs. Harold Henninger and daughter, Sheboygan, were guests of Mrs. Henninger, and on Sunday evening, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Jacobson, Pittsville, were callers.

Mr. and Mrs. H.E. Catlin, Mrs. P. Bruchert, Mrs. Melva Guzman and Airman and Mrs. Joseph Bruchert attended a bridal shower given in honor of Mr. Tom Guzman and Miss Sharon Riese, at Friendship on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Catlin and children, Chippewa Falls, visited over the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. H.E. Catlin and Mrs. Ada Demuth.

Attending an open house given in honor of the 25th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Kaufman, Chili, on Sunday, were Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Clouse.

Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Denk, Jeff and Gordie, and Mr. Allan Schoonover and Terry visited on Sunday with Kenneth Denk at the Great Lakes Naval Hospital, where he is a patient.

Mr. and Mrs. William Essex spent the weekend with her sister, Mrs. Ethel Hepburn, Eau Claire.

Mr. and Mrs. Glen Clouse visited on Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. William Essex.

Mrs. Otto Goehring visited on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Lorraine Cook, Spencer.

Mr. and Mrs. Orvill Green visited over the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Lee of Stevens Point.

Bob Grambsch and Miss Sue Anderson of Madison spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Grambsch.

Mr. and Mrs. Duane Noble and family, Long Prairie, Minn., visited with the Rev. Paul Miller over the weekend.

Miss Kay Larsen of Eau Claire visited with Mrs. R.E. Larsen over the weekend.

Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Meyer hosted a sleigh party for the children of the neighborhood on Sunday.

Mr. Daniel Meyer, who has been working as a practice teacher in the Agriculture Department at Neillsville High School, returns to River Falls College on Wednesday.

Mrs. Margaret Horn is a surgical patient at St. Joseph's Hospital at Marshfield.

Mr. and Mrs. Nell Oestreich spent Sunday visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Harold Stange at Colby and Mr. and Mrs. Allen Stange at Abbotsford.
