The 10th biannual Park School (Town of Hoard) reunion was held June 27 at the
Village Hall in Curtiss.
A noon potluck was served, followed by a short meeting. Memories of attending a
country school were shared, along with albums of school memorabilia.
Those in attendance were Emma Lou Scherf (Mrs. Heins, Teacher), Eugene OR;
Bertha (Bernsee) and Bruce Bucknell, Cornell; Jim (Dorothy) Stephens, Waupaca;
John (Jessie) Stange, Wausau; Orlando (Judy) Ackerman, Owen; LaVerna (Thieme)
Marcott, Curtiss; Donna (Ackerman) Krueger, Abbotsford; Wally (Marlene) Pietrzen,
Owen; Floyd Ackerman, Janesville; Mary (Grandy) and Guy Langeldt, Marshfield;
Pat Thieme (wife of Norman), Withee.
The next reunion will be June 24, 2017.
