Neillsville Locals (20 December 1973)

A coffee fellowship and open house was held at the new Calvary Lutheran Church parsonage on Second St. following the Sunday morning worship service. The Rev. and Mrs. Ronald Nordin and sons moved into the newly constructed parsonage late in November.

Royal Neighbors Golden Link Camp No. 78 was to meet Wednesday afternoon for a Christmas potluck and gift exchange. Members were to contribute individually to a holiday program. Election of officers was also planned.

Miss Johanna Blum, who has been living with Mrs. Grace Giloy for the past few years, has entered the Havenet Nursing Home in Owen.

The Rebekah-Odd Fellow Christmas party held December 8 was well attended. Traveling Bingo was played and a potluck meal served.

Mr. and Mrs. Bob Bell and family were dinner guests Sunday of Mrs. Mabel Bell. In the afternoon, all attended dedicatory services for the newly-constructed Missionary Baptist Church in Greenwood.
