Intended for last week:

The Rev. and Mrs. Pacifico Camarin and sons attended a United Church of Christ ministers’ and wives’ association meeting in Eau Claire recently.

An old fashioned charivari was held recently in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Rondorf, at their home. The surprise party continued later at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Vern Gardner. A lunch was served.

Relatives and friends honored Mrs. Otto Voie at her home recently to celebrate her birthday. Out-of-town guests were two of her daughters, Mrs. Charles Steuber of Mondovi and Mrs. Harold Dunn of Eau Claire.

Mrs. John Horton and daughters, Shannon and Erin, of Madison, arrived recently to spend several days at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Brux. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Horton of La Crosse.

Mrs. Palmer Vinger spent several days recently in Hudson with her sister, Mrs. Nell Mason.

Mrs. Charles Steuber visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Voie, recently before returning to Mondovi.

Mrs. Ernest Vollrath has been dismissed from a Marshfield hospital, where she was a surgical patient.

Mr and Mrs. Hubert Horn accompanied their son, Duane, and family, of La Crosse, for a weekend visit with their daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Hall, in West Bend. While there they went on a tour of Holy Hill at Hartford.

Recent dinner guests of Mrs. Bertha Dallman were Mr. and Mrs. Allan Dallman and family, Mrs. Larry Dallman and children, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Vollrath and Mrs. James Metcalf.

Mr. and Mrs Lester Abel and children, Mark and Kay, of Kaukauna, spent a weekend at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Abel.

Mr. and Mrs. Otto Kalepp of Mead Lake were recent visitors at the Ernest Vollrath home.

Mr. and Mrs. Clark Radandt of Chilton, spent several days at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Kuehn and attended the Geisler-Lerche wedding.

Mrs. R. L. Appleford has returned to Asotin, Wash., after spending a week with her sister, Mrs. Olaf Johnson and other relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. Roger Liebzeit entertained at their home recently in celebration of the birthday of their daughter, Heidi.

Mrs. Satonia Mitchell returned to Lake Geneva recently after spending several days at the home of her nephew, Clayton Braun, and family. She also visited at the home of Mrs. Clara Liebzeit.

This week:

The Neighborhood club met for a dinner at the home of Mrs. Palmer Vinger.

The Intersee Club was entertained recently at the home of Mrs. Lawrence Cox.

Thomas Erickson is a patient in a Marshfield hospital.

Sister Margaret Ann returned to Baraboo recently after spending several days at the home of her brother Joe Tolaney, and family and with her brothers in Neillsville and Stevens Point.

Mr. and Mrs. Jerrold Kuester and children of Eau Claire recently spent a day with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Cox, and helped her mother celebrate her birthday. They also visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Kuester.

Recent dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Brux were Mr. and Mrs. Mike Kowieski and granddaughter, Kathy, of Auburndale.

Mr. and Mrs. William Kavanaugh visited recently in Minneapolis at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Losquist.

Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Ystad returned recently after a 17-day trip through southern states and to the west coast. They visited in Peoria, Ariz., with Mrs. Louise Beck and in Spanaway, Wash., at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Ystad. They also visited Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota.

Mrs. Anna Elmer has gone to Sun City, Ariz., to spend the winter months with her son, Donald Elmer.

Mrs. Don Warner spent a recent weekend in Eau Claire with her daughter, Mrs. Don Telford, and family.
