Mrs. Gerald Phillips, Mrs. Thelma Parve and Mrs. Dan Arola entertained friends
and relatives at a 6 o’clock supper at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Arola on
March 5, 1966. The supper honored the 90th birthday of their mother and
grandmother, Mrs. Mary Havelin.
Mrs. Havelin was born at Cokato, Minn., March 8, 1876. She is presently a
resident of the Havenet Home and enjoys excellent health.
An unexpected telephone call was also received from Mrs. Havelin’s
granddaughter, Mrs. Tom Petruzates of Germantown, who also earlier in the day
had a corsage presented to her grandmother. Mrs. Petruzates was unable to attend
because of illness in her family.
Friends and relatives attending were Mrs. Gerald Phillips of Thiensville, Mrs.
Thelma Parve of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Parve of Menomonee Falls, Mr. and
Mrs. Emil Havelin of Phillips, Mr. and Mrs. Walfred Havelin of Owen, Mr. and
Mrs. Vern Mattson of Chicago, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Karye of Greenwood.
