Olson, Augie-Jo (Marriage - 15 September 1973)

Marriage Vows were repeated Saturday, September 15, at Calvary Lutheran Church by Capt. Augie-Jo Olson and First Lt. William Records II. The 1 p.m. ceremony was performed by the Rev. Ronald J. Nordin. A wedding dinner was served in the church fellowship hall. The bride, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Olson of Neillsville, was escorted to the altar by her father. Parents of the groom are Lt. Co. (USAF Ret.) and Mrs. Walter Records, Boulder, Co.

Miss Mary Lou Olson of Richland Center was her sister’s maid of honor. The groom’s brother, Curt Records, Longmont, Co., served as bestman.

Guests were seated by the bride’s brother, Larry Olson.

‘Day By Day’ was sung by Ellen Olson, sister of the bride, accompanied by Marilyn Galstad.

The bride was honored at a prenuptial shower given by Mrs. Roger Heineck.

A 1965 graduate of Neillsville High School and a 1969 graduate of Stout State university-Menomonie, the new Mrs. Records is stationed at Mountain Home air force base in Idaho. Her husband graduated from Colorado State University, Ft. Collins, in 1971 and is stationed at King Salmon air force base in Alaska.

The newlyweds planned a camping honeymoon in the Western states.
