Kalsow, Beverly (Marriage - 28 April 1973)

Nuptial vows were exchanged by Miss Beverly Lou Kalsow and Dale John Reinart Saturday afternoon, April 28, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Neillsville. The bride, given in marriage by her father, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald G. Kalsow of Neillsville. Mr. and Mrs. John Reinart, Rt. 1 Neillsville, are the groom’s parents.

For her wedding, the former Miss Kalsow chose an empire-style gown of white lace over white satin fashioned with a matching, lace-edged train and sheer lace sleeves accented by wide cuffs. Her lace-edged veil was secured by a flowered Camelot headpiece. A bouquet of white and yellow daisies completed her ensemble.

Barbara Kalsow was the maid of honor and Judy Reinart and Charlene Luchterhand, Menomonie, the bridesmaids. Their empire-waist gowns featured bodices of lace over taffeta with wide-cuffed lace sleeves. Miss Kalsow’s mint green gown contrasted with the lavender dresses of the bridesmaids. Each wore matching ribbons with a single daisy in her hair and carried a small white parasol trimmed with yellow daisies.

Chrisie Schultz, Franksville, was the miniature bride. Timothy Ristow, Wisconsin Rapids, was the ringbearer.

Richard Vine, Granton, served as bestman. Groomsmen were David Austin and Wayne Reinart. Guests were seated by Ardell Syth, Eau Claire, and Richard Kuhn.

Soloist Julie Schmidt sang “The Lord’s Prayer,” “The Wedding Song,” and “Let There Be Peace.”

A reception at the American legion hall was followed by a dance at Kessler’s Silver Dome, where music was provided by Roger Allen.

The newlyweds are 1971 graduates of Neillsville High School and both are employed locally. They will make their home on Rt. 1, Neillsville.

From the Washburn News - Washburn turns out for wedding:

Most of the neighbors in this vicinity attended the Dale John Reinart-Beverly Lou Kalsow wedding Saturday p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Neillsville, and the reception at the American Legion Hall.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Reinart, and the bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mr. Donald Kalsow of Neillsville.

The newlyweds have purchased a 14 x 70 foot trailer home, which they will move onto his parents’ farm when the weather is settled so they can move the trailer in and dig for their septic tank and water works.
