Jenni, Mrs. Werner (? -24 February 1973)

Funeral services for Mrs. Werner Jenni, 69, of Neillsville, who died February 24, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield, were held February 27 from St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church. The Rev. Norman W. Lindloff officiated and burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery. The Georgas Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers for Mrs. Jenni were her nephews, Allen and Clarence Krause, Don Jelik, Robert Quandt, Loren Jelinski and Donald Beranek.

The seventh and eighth grade children of St. John’s School sang “Abide with me” accompanied by Victor Lehmann, who also played an organ prelude.

Those from out of town who attended the services are as follows: Mr. and Mrs. Myron Payne and Marsha Payne, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Quandt, Mr. and Mrs. Loren Jelinski, Donald Beranek, Juli Seubert and Mr. and Mrs. Steve Jelinski, Milwaukee; Mrs. Oscar Krause, Juneau; Mr. and Mrs. Allen Krause, Watertown; Mr. and Mrs. Don Jelik, Rice Lake; Mrs. Joe Seubert, Cedarburg; Mrs. Pearl Riemer, West Bend; Mrs. Esther Frantz, Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. August Foemmel and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Foemmel, Chili; Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hillert, Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Trimberger, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Marg, Mrs. Frederick Garbisch, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Foemmel and Mrs. Herman Scheel, Granton; Mrs. Emanuel Romang, Athens; Lisa and Phil Jenni, Ripon. Many other friends and relatives from the Neillsville area were also present.
