Sack, Emilie (21  Oct 1916)

On Saturday afternoon the marriage of Miss Emilie Sack and Frank Bremer was solemnized at the home of the bride’s parents east of the city. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Grether and was attended by a large number of friends and relatives. The bridal couple were attended by Misses Margaret Roder and Elsie Wolf and Walter Sack and Rueben Handke. The bride wore a blue gown and carried an immense bouquet of roses. A bounteous wedding dinner was served and in the evening the event was pleasantly celebrated at the Wasserburger Hall.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Sack and is a most estimable and pleasing lady of many splendid qualities. She has made her home in Chicago for the past few years where she met Mr. Bremer. The groom is a gentleman who holds a very responsible position with a large advertising company in Chicago and is an energetic and industrious young man. Mr. and Mrs. Bremer have the sincere congratulations of all their friends here and in Chicago and best wishes for a long and happy life. Among those who were here for the wedding from away were Wm. Sack, a brother of Dan Sack, Wm. Sack and family, a brother of the bride, and Reinhold Graf, all of Chicago.

Mrs. Bremer wishes the Times to extend her sincere thanks to the friends and also the Kreiger Verein for their fine gifts.
