The Misses Francis Lunka and Mary Prebil, students at Greenwood High School, and Anna Cesnik, student at Neillsville High School, spent the weekend at their home here.

Mr. Ira Leach of Greenwood bought cattle in this valley this week and shipped Monday.

Mr. Fish, traveling salesman for the John Sexton Grocery Co., was in and around our town the past week.

Mr. Smith of Chippewa Falls visited at the Daughenbaugh and Crotzer homes a few days the past week.

Mr. C.H. Wilson of Osseo is visiting at the home of his daughter, Mrs. G.P. Campbell.

Mrs. Claire and daughters Mildred and Elizabeth, Mr. and Mrs. E.G. Ingham and the Misses Mayme and Florence Verkuilen spent Sunday evening at the G.P. Campbell home.

Ignac Cesnik Jr. took his sister Anna back to Neillsville Sunday, where she is a student. They were accompanied by their sister, Mrs. Shnire and little daughter and Miss Florence Verkuilen.
