Volovsek, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley (10 June 944 - 07 1969)

Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Volovsek celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary Saturday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Volovsek, Jr. at Willard was held. with a supper and a dance. Music was furnished by Mrs. Louis Lesar and Mrs. Don Kirn. Later in the evening a mock wedding was held. Participants were as the bride and groom, Bill Snedic and Delmar Toburen, flower girl, George Jeras; clergyman, Knute Wallin, father of the bride, John Volocsek.

Stanley Volovsek, son of Mrs. Anna Volovsek and the late Frank Volovsek Sr. of Willard, was united in marriage to Olga Volarich, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe Volarich, Greenwood, on June 10, 1944 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willard. The Rev. Father Marcel Marinseh officiated at the wedding.

Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Volosek, Jr., Wllard, Mr. and Mrs Tony Halazen, Milwaukee; and Mrs. Max Lorhman, Marshfield and Al Volosek, Willard.

They are parents of two sons, LaVern, Madison and Jack at hom and a daughter, Peggy at home also.

Out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. LaVern Volosek, Madison; Misses Beverly and Barbara Volosek, Mrs. Joe Frand, Mr. and mrs. Bob Jeras and family, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Klatz, West Allis; Mr. and Mrs. Tony Halozen and Ann Marte, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Tony Jeras and family, Dean Schnoover, Brookfield; Mr. and Mrs. John Volosek and family, Superior; Mr. and Mrs. Max Lorhman, Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. John Stpot, LaCrosse; Mr. and Mrs. Vic Stout and family, St. Frances; Mr. and Mrs. Mike Fredmann, DePere; Mr. and Mrs. Martin Manel, Strarford; Mr. and Mrs. Mike Krultz and Mr. and Mrs. Ben Scheillenbeck, Neillsville; Mr. and Mrs.Joe Podhnelt, Loyal; Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Lesar, Eau Claire; also relatives, friends and neighbors from Greenwood, Willard and Rock Dam area.
