Army Lt. Col. Vernon C. Ramberg, son of Mrs. Laura Ramberg, Thorp (Clark Co.),
Wis., was assigned the 1st Logistical Command in Vietnam, April 29, 1966.
Colonel Ramberg entered the Army in 1941.
The colonel is a graduate of Thorp High School and a 1960 graduate of American
University in Washington, D.C.
