Heindl, Charles John (7 AUG 1962 - 24 JUN 2014)


Charles John Heindl, age 51, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 24, 2014.

He was born August 7, 1962, in Marshfield, the son of Urban and Rose (Ledger) Heindl. He married Lisa Hansen on November 19, 1983, in Elkhorn, and together they raised two children.
Charles volunteered at his church. He enjoyed riding his Harley, hunting trips in northern Wisconsin, and family vacations.

Charles is survived by his wife of 30 years, Lisa; two children, Ashley (Austin) Bishop and Kyle (Autumn Gustafson) Heindl; one grandson, Robert Bishop; his father, Urban Heindl; four sisters; and one brother.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rose Heindl.

A memorial Mass was held on Monday, June 30, 2014, at St. Peter Catholic Church, 5001 N. Sherman Avenue, with Msgr. Charles Schluter presiding.
