Edwin Kirkham of Sparta, is a visitor at the home of his uncle, E.N. Westegard.

S.A. Dahl, of Garden Valley, attended services here Sunday.

Ida and Rena Johnson left for Eau Claire Saturday after a short visit at home.

Miss Clara Olson, a student of the Humbird High School, is spending her vacation at home.

George Vergeront, of Montford, Wis., was a guest of Earnest Vergeront Saturday.

Anna Olson, who has been teaching at Price spent a few days with her parents here, after which she left for Riverside Cal., to visit her sister, Nettie.

Nora Lusha left for Augusta Saturday for an indefinite stay.

Alfred Lund came home Saturday to remain until after New Year’s.

The coffee sociable at Ole Person’s last Friday afternoon was a pleasant affair, $2.30 being realized.

Nels Westegard, Sr. is spending a few days at Fairchild.

Hans Sorenson returned home from Eau Claire Saturday, where he has been taking treatment the past two weeks from Dr. Payne the eye specialist.

Peter Peterson, who has been engaged in bridge building in Montana and in other western states, spent the holidays with his sister, Mrs. George Johnson. He left for Eau Claire Thursday, accompanied by his mother, where they will visit with the latter’s daughter a couple weeks.

Anne Olson, of Osseo, is visiting her uncle, N.O. Ladue, and family.

The Y.P.S. held a meeting at Ludwig Person’s last Saturday evening. After the program refreshments were served and games indulged in; all present enjoyed a pleasant evening. $5.75 were the proceeds of the evening.

Esie Olson returned here last Thursday after spending the past year in St. Augustine, Fla. and Winnetka, Ill.

Ole Person and family entertained a number of their friends at dinner.

Mrs. Tore Nelson returned to Augusta Saturday after a week’s visit with relatives here. Her sister, Mrs. Mary Lesha accompanied her there for a short visit.

Mrs Wm. Mattone of Diamond Valley, visited at Gust. Anderson’s and attended services here Sunday.

The Levis school house is undergoing repairs and ? ventilation is being installed.

Olle T. Thompson and wife celebrated their ? wedding last Friday by entertaining about sixty of their relatives and friends. The high esteem in which they are held by their many friends was shown by the numerous presents which they received. May they live to celebrate many more anniversaries of their wedding.

Mrs. Mattie Young and daughter, Miss Charlotte, of Augusta are guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hans Swenson.

About five inches of the beautiful came down Sunday afternoon and evening.
