Kampa, Ardetta Ann (13 June 1922 - 17 March 2014)

Ardetta Ann Kampa, 91, of Madison, WI, passed away on Monday, March 17, 2014, at the New Glarus Home, in New Glarus, WI. She was born on June 13, 1922, in Laona, WI to her parents, Richard and Matilda (Flynn) Shilts. Ardetta graduated from Stanley High School and lived in the Stanley and Thorp Area. She was married to Charles McQuillan and later divorced. She moved to Cudahy, WI, where she married Lawrence Kampa. Ardetta retired from the Ladish Corporation in Cudahy, WI.

Ardetta is survived by her daughter, Patricia Kotlowski of Stoughton, WI; and son, Charles (Tami) McQuillan of Gillett, WI; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; two brothers: Richard (Bedi) Shilts, Stanley, WI and Gilbert (Marty) Shilts, St. Francis, WI; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her three children: Richard, Francis and Judith McQuillan; parents; and husbands.
