Rychnovsky, Ruth I. (21 JUN 1926 - 11 AUG 2013)

Ruth I. Rychnovsky, age 87 of Neillsville, WI died on Sunday, August 11, 2013 at the Oakwood Villa in Altoona, WI.

Ruth Irene Kutsche was born on June 21, 1926 in Neillsville, WI the daughter of Ray and Hattie (Liskow) Kutsche. She graduated from Neillsville High School and started what became a 34 year career of working at the Clark County Court House. Ruth started out as a Court Reporter and worked her way up to a Legal Secretary for the District Attorney's office. On May 1, 1948 Ruth was united in marriage to Edward Rychnovsky.

Ruth was a warm and generous person who loved to entertain and cook for friends and especially her children and grandchildren. No one left her house hungry. She loved to play Bridge, shop and get together with her "Coffee Women". Ruth was a member of the Business and Professional Women's Club and St. Mary's Catholic Church.

She is survived by a son, Scott (Donna) Rychnovsky of Beaver Dam, WI and a daughter, Lori (Mark) Anderson of Altoona, WI and two grandchildren, Andrea (Gary) Grebel and Jackson Anderson. She is also survived by a sister, Vada Meske of Marshfield, WI.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother-in-law, Albert Meske.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Neillsville. The Celebrant will be Rev. Varkey V. Joseph. Music will be provided by St. Mary's Choir and Ronnie Resong, organist. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Wednesday morning at the church. Interment will be in Neillsville City Cemetery.
