County Road Supt. W.C. Thoma was at Colby Tuesday.
John Marx was at Marshfield Monday morning on business.
J.G. Zimmerman and son, Joe, are buying goods at Minneapolis.
Mrs. T.H. Baldwin of Redfield, S.D., is here visiting her sister, Mrs. J.W. Raine, and family.
J.S. Mitchell returned home to Antigo Monday after a brief visit at the home of R.L. Kayhart.
W.W. Dearth spent Tuesday at Marshfield installing a new thermometer on the advertising sign there.
J.A. Phillips went to Milwaukee Tuesday to attend Grand Chapter and from there went to Chicago on business.
Henry Garvin and wife returned home to North Dakota Tuesday after being here to attend the funeral of Mrs. T.D. Condit.
Mrs. Paul Gurgel returned home from Deer Park Tuesday. Her brother, whose wife died last week, came with her for a brief visit.
Miss Nan Lowe underwent an operation for mastoid abscess at Bizbee, Ariz., last week and is getting along [remainder of article unavailable for transcription]
