Helms, Lobelia (10 Mar 1916-06 Oct 1964)

Funeral services were held Friday at 2 p.m. from Trinity Lutheran Church for Mrs. Harlan Helms, 49, who passed away Tuesday morning, October 6 at Memorial Hospital, Neillsville, where she had been a patient for one day.

Mrs. Helms, the former Lobelia Gotter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand Gotter had been in ill health for several years.

Officiating at the services were Reverend A. Moldenhauer, Loyal, and Rev. Donald Gauerke, pastor of Grace Lutheran Church, Nasonville.

Mrs. Verland Dux and Mrs. Irwin Dux sang the hymns, “Oh Master Let Me Walk With Thee” and “Asleep In Jesus.” They were accompanied at the organ by Mrs. John A. Olson.

Pallbearers wee Celen Gotter, Earl Huebner, Don Fisher, James Hewett, Alvin Schroeder and Elmer Beauchine.

Burial was made in the Lutheran Cemetery, Loyal.
