The Modern Woodmen will celebrate the Fourth here on a large scale, in fact they expect to have the largest and best celebration that we have ever had here or in this vicinity.

The Lutheran Church was decorated in honor of the wedding which took place at two o'clock yesterday. The contracting parties were Miss Agnes Wehling and Mr. Edward C. Rhode, both of them from prominent families of this vicinity, and the wedding was performed by Rev. Kemens.
