The "Snowball" given by the senior class of the High School was played to a crowded audience at the opera house last Friday evening. The title of the play in itself does not suggest the real meaning to be derived without seeing it given. The scene took place in a private home, illustrating how deceitfulness or a little quarrel may grow and grow, like a snowball as it is rolled along.

The popularity of this comedy is unexcelled. The dialogue is clever and spirited, the movement of each scene is brisk and the keen interest in the intrigue of the plot was not allowed to flag for an instant.

Each character was represented well and each one played their part exceedingly fine.

Felix Featherstone was very able represented by Julius Hembre, who had the leading role and a hard part to carry out.

Uncle John, an old and dignified gentleman, was played by Arthur Potter. The part was well rendered, being a hard one to take.

Roy Masters had the role of Harry Prendergast, a young man in love. His party was well selected and very well carried out.

Saunders, the servant, was played by Eddie Klinke. What Eddie undertakes he always accomplishes.

Mrs. Featherstone was represented by Maud Miller, who, as in the past, pleased the audience with her work.
