Haslow, Gustave   (09 OCT 1876 – 21 NOV 1965)

Gustave Haslow, 89, of Loyal died at 10:15 p.m. Sunday, November 21, at the Memorial Nursing Home, Neillsville of old age complications.

Services will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. A.M. Moldenhauer officiating Wednesday, November 24 at 2 p.m.  Burial will be made in the Lutheran Cemetery.  The Myre Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Haslow was born October 9, 1976 In Mayville, Dodge County.

His first marriage took place May 18, 1898 at Loyal to Bertha Scheel, who passed away in 1924.  June 27, 1929 he married Anna Raabe at Loyal and she died in 1962.

He came to Clark County as a child with his parents and lived in the Spokeville area.  After his marriage he lived on various farms in the town of Sherman.

Since last May he had been a patient at the Memorial Nursing Home, Neillsville.

He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal.

His is survived by four sons and three daughters; Paul, Arnold, Alvin and John all of Loyal; Mrs. Elmer (Meta) Witt, Abbotsford; Mrs. Walter (Emma) Bredlau, Loyal; and Mrs. George (Hilda) Bredlau, Neillsville; twenty grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert and one sister Mrs. Ida Kusa, Greenwood.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, two sons and three brothers.
