The Oscar Jahr and Leo Chapel families spent Sunday evening at Frank Jahr’s.

Hugh Converse hauled oats to Granton Tuesday.

Ed Dennis after spending the winter with his parents here, left for Sycamore, Ill. Tuesday morning.

Mrs. Fred Hankey visited her sister Mrs. Wilding on Tuesday.

Mrs. Dale Lee has been decidedly under the weather for several weeks.

Glen Johnson is helping Lire smith cut logs this week.

Mrs. Leo Chapel was the victim of a surprise party last Thursday when a dozen of her neighbors, with baskets of good things to ear, took possession of her home for the day.

Frances Smith spent Sunday at home.

Anna Gardner is on the sick list this week.

Gus Bergeman had a wood hauling bee on Tuesday.

Harold Rose visited at Elmer Dennis’ Sunday and Monday.

Frank and Grant Johnson have joined the brass band.  So if you hear a strange noise float across the fields don’t be skeered its those new horns.

Mr. Frank Ashelford of Chicago is visiting at Elmer Dennis’ since last Tuesday.

Dora Johnson stayed Tuesday night with Maude Smith.

Mr. John Counsel and Miss Hattie Wilke visited at Frank Jahr’s Sunday.
