Braun, Rita R. (Steinbach) (8 APR 1934 - 15 MAY 2013)

Rita R. Braun, 79, De Pere, died on Wednesday, May 15 at San Luis Nursing Home in Green Bay. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 18 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Oneida, with Father John Chrysostom Katamba and Deacon Bobby Doxtator officiating.

Entombment was at Shrine of Good Shepherd Mausoleum.

Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

Rita R. Braun, age 79, of De Pere passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at San Luis Nursing Home in Green Bay.

She was born April 8, 1934 daughter of the late Ray and Hazel Steinbach.

Rita was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Oneida.

The biggest pleasures in Rita's life were her family, gardening, a good book and her chocolate.

She is survived by her husband Gerald; children: Steven (Betsy), Randy (Wendy), Gordon, Tina (Jeff) Rosner, Rick (Tammy); 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; siblings: Donna (Joe deceased) Giordana, Judy (Fran) DeCaire, Greg (Josie) Steinbach.

Rita was preceded in death by her grandson Brent Rosner and daughter-in-law Barbara Braun.

Friends may call at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Oneida, on Saturday, May 18, 2013 from 9:30 am until the Mass of Christian burial at 11 am with Fr. John Chrysostom Katamba and Deacon Bobby Doxtator officiating. Entombment will take place at Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum. Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
