Marsh, Laura A. (29 AUG 1964)

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur E. Kumbier are now at home in Abbotsford where Mr. Kumbier is assistant cashier at the Security State Bank.

The marriage of Laura A. Marsh of Colby and Arthur E. Kumbier of Abbotsford took place Saturday, Aug. 29, 1964 at Wausau. The Rev. W.H. Ortwein read the marriage service at 3 o'clock in St. Paul's Evangelical .

Attending the couple were the groom's sister, Mrs. Margaret Hofmann, and nephew, Leonard Filiatreaux, of Wausau.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at the Hoffmann home and a dinner was served at the Town House, Wausau.

On Monday evening, friends of the new Mr. and Mrs. Kumbier gave them an old fashioned shivaree at their apartment on North First St. in Abbotsford.
