Rossman, Helene (3 September 1882 - 22 February 1969)
Mrs. Paul Rossman, 86, of Spokane, Wash., a former Greenwood resident, died
February 22 in a hospital there. Funeral services were held February 25, from
the Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home in Spokane. Her cremains will be buried in
her husband’s grave at Fairmont Cemetery, Spokane, on Mother’s Day, May 11.
Mrs. Rossman, the former Helene Humke, was born September 3, 1882, to Mr.
and Mrs. Henry Humke. She and her husband had lived in Greenwood and Wausau
before moving to Spokane.
She is survived by a son, Arthur, of Spokane;
a daughter, Mrs. Jess (Leona) Honeywell, of Sun City, Calif.; five
grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two brothers Theodore Humke of
Memorial Home, Neillsville, and George Humke of Greenwood.
