Cammers, Mary Jane (17 January 1880 - 26 December 1968)

Mrs. Mary Jane Cammers, 87, of memorial home, died Thursday in Neillsville.

Funeral services for Mrs. Cammers were held Saturday from the Georgas Funeral home. Jerome Berger officiated. Burial was made in the Town of Beaver Cemetery, near Loyal.

Mrs. Cammers was born January 17, 1880, in Clark County. She attended county schools and spent most of her lifetime as a resident of the county. Her marriage to the late William J. Cammers took place in Loyal. Mr. Cammers died in 1954. They farmed in the Town of Beaver for many years. She came to Memorial Home in 1964. Mrs. Cammers was a member of the Jehovah Witnesses.

Surviving are three children: Frank Cammers of Owen; William E. Cammers of Greenwood and Mrs. Robert (Rosalie) Rice of Peoria, Ill. Also surviving are: a sister, Adalia Wisnosky of St. Paul, Minn.; two brothers, Walter Ayer of Riplinger and Owen Ayer of Madison; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
