Greenwood (5 December 1968)

Mrs. Arnold Beyer was dismissed Friday from the Bethel Convalescent Home at Arpin, where she was a patient since September. She has returned to her home here.

Guests Saturday afternoon and evening at the Lewis Kaudy home were Mrs. Ed Struensee of Neillsville, Dennis Struensee of Minneapolis and Irvin Metcalf and daughters, Gina and Kelly, of Janesville.

Mr. and Mrs. Viv Carteron and Mrs. Otto Schwarze were Thanksgiving Day guests at the Eugene Carteron home.

The Adult Fellowship will meet at 8 p.m. Sunday in Immanuel United Church. Members of the Zion Adult Fellowship are invited. Seventy-five cent gifts will be exchanged. Herbert Horn, Clayton Braun, Mrs. Walter Schwarze and Mrs. Lloyd Horn are in charge of arrangements.

Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Richardson of Zion, Ill., spent Friday and Saturday at the home of his mother, Mrs. Mildred Richardson.

Thanksgiving Day guests at the Arthur Hendrickson home were their son, larry, who attends school in Madison, Mr. and Mrs. George Poppe, Mrs. Amy Hendrickson, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hendrickson and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Hendrickson of Wonewoc, and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Bowe and daughter, Kari, of Milwaukee.

The 90th birthday of Louis Becherer was observed November 26 at the Clark County Home for the Aged, where he resides.
