Omelian, Felice (27 May 1910 – 1 Jan. 2000)

ATHENS – Felice Omelian, 89, Athens, died Jan. 1, 2000, at her home.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Family Catholic Church in Poniatowski. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home in Edgar and again from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.

She was born May 27, 1910, in Cicero, Ill. She had dairy farmed in the town of Rietbrock.

Survivors include two daughters, Rose Kijak of Mosinee and Cathenne (Ronald) Schuette of Stratford; one son, Frank (Gen) Omelian of Athens; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; two brothers, Edward (Lucille) Sienicki of Spencer and John (Irene) Sienicki of Indiana, and three sisters, Pearl Abbott of Hammond, Ind., Frances (Lester) Doty of Portland, Ore., and Stella Baugher of Walkerton, Ind.
