Donald Hill, son of Mr. And Mrs. Ben Hill, Route 2, Owen, has been selected Valedictorian, with a grade point of 10.338, and Duane Jarocki, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruno Jarocki, Route 1, Withee, has been selected Salutatorian, with a grade point average of 10.125 for the 1977 graduating class of Owen-Withee High School.

Don Hill has participated in basketball for four years, receiving Most Improved award in his junior year, Most Dedicated award, senior year., 2nd team all-conference, Junior, and unanimous 1st team all-conference as a senior. He was a member of the National Honor Society for three years, Badger Boy delegate during his junior year, and a member of the O-W Club for three years.

Duane Jarocki has participate in the National Honor Society for four years, FBLA during his senior year, and FFA for four years, of which he was treasurer for three years. He will receive the State FFA Farmer award at Green Lake in June, has also received Outstanding Owen-Withee FFA member award and the DeKalb award.

Other honor students at Owen-Withee in order of rank are: Larry Rowe, Mary Pauly, Marjorie Milleren, Beverly Rusch, John Mertens, Ronald Neumann, Vickie Ebright, Marlene Eloranta, Debra Jarocki, Tammy Wagner, Renae Frost, David Olson and Lon Rohland.
