Henneman, Keith D. (18 Dec. 1922 - 15 June 2000)

Keith D. Henneman, 77, of 7274 178th St., Chippewa Falls, died Thursday evening, June 15, 2000, at St. Mary\'s Hospital in Rochester, Minn.

He was born Dec. 18, 1922, in Chippewa Falls, to Irene (Koenig) and Irvin Henneman. He graduated from Chippewa Falls High School and was a lifelong resident of Chippewa Falls. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He married Loretta Felce. Keith worked as a plumbing steamfitter for the State of Wisconsin. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, United Commercial Travelers, Disabled American Veterans, and Knights of Pythias Lodge.

Keith married Dorothy E. Roycraft Lowe on Oct. 4, 1966, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Chippewa Falls. He enjoyed scroll woodworking as a hobby. He also loved hunting and fishing and served as a Boy Scout leader.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy of Chippewa Falls; two daughters, Diana (Dallas) Olson of Bloomington, Minn., Linda (Dr. Ken) Wallmeyer of Madison; two sons, Terry Henneman of Chippewa Falls, David Henneman of Eau Claire; two brothers, Harold Henneman of Eau Claire, Gordy Henneman of Camp Douglas; eight grandchildren, Michelle (Robert) Hoffman, Ben Winget, Ryan Winget, Leigh Wallmeyer, Tara Henneman, Nick Olson, Erin Olson, Andy Wallmeyer; one great-granddaughter, Saraya Hoffman; his aunt, Lorena Henneman of the Rutledge Home; and many nieces and nephews. He is further survived by his stepdaughter, Linda (Ray) Benedict and their families, Rick, Kelly, Carol, Jeff and eight great-grandchildren; and his stepson, Leonard (Lana) Lowe of Chippewa Falls and two grandchildren, Steven Lowe of Wisconsin Rapids and Michael Lowe of Chippewa Falls.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Bruce Henneman; two sisters-in-law; and a friend, Helen.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, June 18, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Chippewa Falls, with the Rev. Richard Estrem-Fuller officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 17, at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel in Chippewa Falls and one hour prior to the service Sunday at the church.

Memorials to Trinity United Methodist Church Building Fund in Keith\'s name would be appreciated.
