Webb, Frances Louise (Chambers) (2 JUL 1915 - 5 FEB 2013)

Frances Louise (Chambers) Webb was born on July 2, 1915 to the late Charles and Mabel Chambers of Logansport, IN. She graduated from the Carrollton High School, the Kokomo School of Music and the Jacques Modeling School.

On June 29, 1938, she was united in marriage to her loving and devoted husband, George Webb, at Glaveston, IN. Frances and George enjoyed 72 years of wedded bliss. She enjoyed being a stay at home mom to their two children, daughter, Carol, and son, Paul, of Medford.

Later in life she modeled ladies' fashion for a few years and also became a saleslady. She is a lifetime member of the Order of Eastern Star and a member of the First Baptist Church of Medford.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Emmajane, and husband, George. Mourning her loss are her children; grandchildren, Scott and Amanda; great-grandson, Tristan; sister, Mary Margaret; brother, Robert; and sister-in-law, Mary Lee.

Visitation will be held at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford on Thursday, Feb. 7 from 4 p.m. until the Order of Easter Star services at 7 p.m., and at the church on Friday, Feb. 8 from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Medford, followed by a luncheon.
