School will begin Monday next.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith of Grand Rapids, visited at Geo. Weatherly's recently.

Harry Thomas is erecting a commoditis addition to his residence south of the village.

Benson and Anderson will ship several of their bood stock for exhibition to the state fair.

Miss Ethel Putney visited several days at Arpin the past week prior to her departure for Eau Claire.

Mesdames Rice, Lewis and Humphrey departed for their homes in the southern part of the state on Saturday after a week's visit here with their niece.

The creamery will commence operations in a few day and it is hoped to the satisfaction of all concerned. A new separator and churn has been installed therein. September is the month for hunting and camping. Be sure you take a box of Cole's Carbolisalve with you wherever you go. It is the sure cure tor cuts, burns and bruises. You need have no fear of lockjaw or blood poisoning if you use Cole's Carbolisalve. Get Cole's. 25 and 50c sold by R. J. Strauss.

The creamery will resume operations within a few days. Mr. Duffy the proprietor has installed a new cream separator and churn and it is now hoped all will be satisfactory.
