Witzel, Charles Mrs. (1879? - 3 June 1953)

 

BETHEL - (Special) - Funeral services for Mrs. Charles Witzel (Edith), 74, who died at the Bethel Convalescent Home Wed., were held at 2 p.m. Sun. at the Seventh Dayrs. Adventist Church here. Elder Clifford Bee officiated and burial took place in the Bethel cemetery.

 

Pallbearers were Leslie Brietlow, Eugene Lemon, Leonard Johnson, John Bidwell, Theodore Morrison, and Thomas Rasmussen.

 

Mrs. H. Grundset and Miss Alma Lehman sang “In the Land of Fadeless Day" and "Beyond the Sunset."
Out-of-town relatives and friends attending the funeral included Mr. and Mrs. Albert Witzel and family, Ft. Atkinson; Mr. and Mrs. Harley. Witzel and family, Belvidede, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Merle Vanderwalker, Eau Claire (Wis.); Mr. and Mrs. Ray Witzel, Tomah (Wis.); Mr. and Mrs. John Riley, Tama, Iowa; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Shreve, White water; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Brietow, Waupun (Wis.); and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Huntley and family, Spring Green (Wis.).
