McCollough, Elizabeth H. (Hall) (February 11, 1933 - December 15, 2011)


Former Rib Lake resident Elizabeth H. McCollough, 78, Highland, Ill., died on Thursday, Dec. 15 at Highland Health Care Center in Highland.

No services will be held. Burial will be at Rib Lake at a later date.


Meridith Funeral Home of Highland assisted the family with arrangements.

Elizabeth H. McCollough, 78, of Highland died on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011, at Highland Health Care Center in Highland.

There is no visitation or services. Burial will be in Rib Lake, Wis., at a later date.

Meridith Funeral Home in Highland is in charge of arrangements.

She was born Feb. 11, 1933, to Stanley and Catherine (Harrington) Hall in Urbana, Ill. On Aug. 24, 1951, she married Fred McCollough Jr., in Urbana, Ill. He preceded her in death.

Mrs. McCollough was a homemaker. She was a member of Woodland Church in Westboro, Wis. She was also a member of the Monday Club and Jacksonville Bicycle Club, both in Jacksonville, Ill.

She is survived by her children, Bruce McCollough of Skandia, Mich., and Lynn (Larry) Coehoorn of Highland; granddaughters, Rachel (Bobby) Walker, Amanda Coehoorn, Katherine Coehoorn; a great-grandson, Jacob Sutton; and a sister, Louise (Richard) English of Ellenton, Fla.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.
