Mrs. Stanislaus Kapszukiewicz, 71, of Gilman, Wis., passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital at Chippewa Falls on April 5, 1951, after a lingering illness.

Louis Mipholski was born in Poland on April 15, 1879. She was united in marriage there in 1899 to Stanislaus Kapszukiewicz. They came to America in 1892 and resided at Jewett City, Conn., coming to Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) in the year 1900 and settling on a farm. They moved to Gilman in 1908. Upon the death of Mr. Kapszukiewicz in 1940, Mrs. Kapszukiewicz continued to make her home there with her sons and daughter.

She is survived by three sons, John, Peter and Laurence of Gilman, four daughters, Catherine, Mrs. Michael Dietzler, Gilman, Victoria, Mrs. Gordon Dietzler, Chicago, Stella, Mrs. George Thorson of LaGrange, Ill., Mary, Mrs. Ed Boginski of Berwyn, Ill., and 13 grandchildren. One son Phillip, died in 1947.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. John Dzurko at Sts. Peter and Paul Church at Gilman at ten o’clock Monday morning, April 9th, interment taking place in Meadowbrook Cemetery.
