Campbell, Dorothy Sereita (Sharp) (28 SEP 1913 - 2 JAN 2013)

Dorothy Sereita Campbell, 99, of Marion, died on Wednesday, Jan. 2 at her home. Funeral services were held on Saturday, Jan. 5 at Murdoch Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Marion. Private family interment will be held at Springville Cemetery.

Survivors include her children, William (Linda) Campbell of Springville, Barbara Campbell of Marion and Janice Budd of Fosston, MN; four grandchildren, William Ross Campbell, Columbia (Armando) Hopkins, Shannon (Ryan Ingebritsen) Budd and Alexander Budd; three great-grandchildren, Evaleena, Leroy and Oakley Hopkins; a brother, George (Bobbie) Sharp of Helena, MT; a sister-in-law, Lorraine Sharp of Polson, MT; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and siblings, Archie Sharp, Beulah Bedke, Fred Sharp, Mildred Cunningham, Roscoe James Sharp, William Sharp, Freda Malisheski, Emmert Sharp, Roland Sharp, Byron Sharp, Mary Sharp and Arthur Sharp.

Dorothy was born on September 28, 1913 in Mullinsville, Kan., the daughter of William Newton and Barbara (Leffler) Sharp. She married Bernard Campbell on January 1, 1942 in Waukegan, Ill. Bernard died on February 5, 1998. Dorothy was a very family oriented woman and was a devoted mother and grandmother.
