Pachal, Agnes (15 Dec 1890-? Oct 1961)

Mrs. Joseph (Agnes) Pachal, 70, died Saturday at 10 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Hospital at Marshfield, where she had been admitted earlier that day. Cause of death was a heart attack.

The body was lying in state at the Myre Funeral Home beginning Tuesday until the time of the services at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 4. Services were to be held at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. V. A. Ganz officiating and burial was to be in the Loyal Cemetery.

The former Agnes Roadt was born December 15, 1890 in Kewaunee County and was married to Joseph Pachal at Krock on November 19, 1907. They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1957. In 1910 the couple moved to a farm in the town of Beaver and lived there until 1950 when they moved to their present home in the city of Loyal. Mrs. Pachal was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Her husband survives her.

Other survivors include two sons, Frank and Louie, Loyal; 2 daughters, Mrs. Alvin (Adela) Goutcher, Unity, Mrs. Alvin (Alice) Lavene, Neillsville; 2 brothers, Albert Roadt, Spencer, Joe Roadt, address unknown; two sisters, Mrs. Dora Broberg, O’Kauchee, Mrs. Helen Polze, Milwaukee; sixteen grandchildren & sixteen great-grandchildren. One brother and one sister preceded her in death.
