THORP - Cecilia E. Orzechowski, 82, of Thorp, died April 3, 2002, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Hedwig's Chapel in Thorp. Burial will be in St. Hedwig's Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at St. Hedwig's Chapel with a 7:30 p.m. Rosary Service.

Thorp Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

She was born April 28, 1919, in rural Thorp to Albert and Elizabeth (nee Keller) Wink. She married John Orzechowski on June 28, 1938, at St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Thorp. They farmed in the town of Withee for 47 years until John's death in 1985.

She is survived by her children, Eleanor Orzechowski and Margie Orzechowski, both of Lombard, Ill., John (Shirley) Orzechowski of New Berlin, Edward (Pamela) Orzechowski, Michael Orzechowski and Pat Orzechowski, all of Thorp five grandchildren two brothers, Albert (Arlene) Wink and Lawrence (Delores) Wink, all of Thorp five sisters, Edith Chmelik and Elizabeth Spaeth, both of Chippewa Falls, Margaret Chemerys of Milwaukee, Josephine (Harry) Hodorowski and Amelia (Frank) Hodorowski, all of Thorp.
