Voight, Eleanor (6 OCT 1900 - 1 JUN 1984)


Mrs. Eleanor Voight, 83, of 304 West St., Loyal, Clark County, died Friday, June 1, 1984 at 10:40 p.m. at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Rev. James Logan officiated at the 11 a.m. funeral service Tuesday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, with burial in the St. Anthony's Cemetery. Pallbearers included Bud Seeman, Perry Oestreich, Joe Kowalczyk, Richard Beaver, Donald Cole and Virgil Perrin. Rinka Funeral Home handled arrangements.

Eleanor Leabel was born Oct. 6, 1900 in Loyal. She received her education at St. Balthasar School in Loyal.

On June 28, 1920, in Loyal, she married Percy Voight. She lived all her life here in Loyal and was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and Altar Society and the Legion Auxiliary.

Preceding her in death are her husband, Percy on Dec. 11, 1975 her parents, Sam and Susan (nee Beaver) Leabel one daughter, Noreen one son Percy A. and one brother.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Sherrin (Leabel) Mack, Loyal two sons, Joe and Jon of Wausau and one sister, Mrs. Isabelle (Ted) Gross of San Clemente, Calif.
