Sill, Otto F. (30 MAY 1914 - 12 FEB 1985)


Otto F. Sill, 70, formerly of Spencer, who had been residing at the Colonial House of Colby, died on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 1985, at 12:15 p.m.

Funeral services will be at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer, on Friday, Feb. 15, 1985, at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Colby. Officiating will be Rev. Ruhbusch.

Friends may call at the Rux Funeral Home, Colby on Thursday after 2 p.m.

Otto Sill was born May 30, 1914, at Colby to Frank and Emma (nee Prange).

He married Marie Baumgart on June 25, 1940, in Kansas City, Mo.

He was employed as an airplane mechanic for 36 years at Trans World Airlines in Kansas City. He was an Army veteran and belonged to the National Guard for a number of Years. He had resided at the nursing home for the past four years.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer.

Survivors include his wife one sister, Miss Alma Sill of Colby and two brothers, Norman and Paul Sill, both of Racine.
