Brubaker, Lynford R. (29 August 2013 – 11 December 2020)

Lynford R. Brubaker, age 7 years, 3 months and 12 days, of the Town of Reseburg, passed away at his residence from leukemia on Friday, December 11, 2020.

Lynford was born on August 29, 2013 at home, the son of Marlin Z. and Grace Ann (Ringler) Brubaker. He struggled with leukemia for over four years and finally the Lord called him home.

Lynford is survived by his parents: Marlin and Grace Ann Brubaker; one sister: Alisa Brubaker, four brothers: Jarell, Jeremy, Kendon and LaRay Brubaker; paternal grandparents: John and Lavina Brubaker, maternal grandparents: David and Anna Ringler, 32 uncles and aunts and four step-uncles and aunts.

He is preceded in death by a grandmother: Pauline Ringler and an aunt: Loretta Zimmerman.

Services will be at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Meadow Brook Mennonite Church in the Town of Withee. His final resting place will be at the church cemetery. Henry Burkholder, John David Zimmerman, Charles Nolt, Alvin Leid and Elvin Fox will officiate. Pallbearers will be, Delbert Leid, Michael Ringler, David Brubaker and LeEvan Brubaker. Visitation will be on Monday, December 14, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at his parent’s residence (N14014 Sterling Avenue, Withee).

The Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Owen is assisting the family with arrangements.
