The Family of Frank E. & Clara A. Wiggins

Frank E. Wiggins was born in New York in 1859 and by 1905, he was married to forty-three year old Clara A. and living in a home they'd purchased in Abbotsford, Clark Co., WI where he managed a creamery.  Clara was Wisconsin born as were their daughter, twenty-one year old Blanche E., and three sons: twenty-three year old James V., nineteen year old Clifford E., and fourteen year old John F.  Clara's parents were born in England.  James V. worked as a lineman for the Rail Road and Clifford was an assistant buttermaker.
