Seltrecht, Elsie (MAY? 1917)
Word has
just reached us to the effect that Miss Elsie Seltrecht, a daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Fred Seltrecht of route 4, and Mr. John Vratuse of Dubuque, Iowa, were
married in that city several weeks since. The happy pair is expected here soon
on a visit to her parents.
