Lindgren, Jean Ann (Marriage – 30 July 1966)

Wedding vows were exchanged Saturday in the Methodist Church in Loyal uniting in marriage Miss Jean Ann Lindgren, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Holgar Lindgren of Rt. 2 Loyal and James Edwin Koski of Johnson Creek, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arvo Koski of Rt. 1, Loyal.  The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Paul Doering of Ladysmith.  Bouquets of white gladioli and blue daisies were placed at either side of the altar.  Blue and white bows marked the pews.

Approaching the altar with her father, the bride wore a floor length gown of nylon sheer over taffeta, with Alencon lace appliqués accenting the bateau neckline.  A fitted mid-riff topped the bell shaped shirt, fashioned with tiny pleats at the waistline. Alencon lace appliqués were sewn near the hemline and on the double Watteau train, highlighted with bow trim, which was attached to the back waistline. Her bouffant illusion veil was secured to an organza cabbage rose, accented with lace appliqués and pearl trim. She carried a bridal bouquet of red roses surrounded with daisies.

Miss Yvonne Anderson of Neillsville was her maid of honor.  Bridesmaids were Miss Donna Koski of Loyal and Miss Marianne Herr of Greenwood.

The attendants were attired in powder blue floor length formal gowns of crepe Chiara, styled with bateau necklines.  Self-fabric petals and green velvet leaves accented the empire waistlines of their sheath skirts, the backs being completed by Watteau panels with bow trim.  Matching circular rippled hair braid headpieces, with aurora borealis trim, held their pouf veils. Each carried a crescent shaped bouquet of white daisies.

Bob Pasanen of Exeland was the bestman.  (The balance of this was missed by the copy person)
