Mork, Etta May (1903 - 1990)


Etta May Mork 86, Route 3, Greenwood, died at 12:10 p.m. Sunday Jan. 7, 1990, at Neillsville Hospital, Neillsville. Funeral services were held at Worlein Funeral Home, Austin, Minn., Wednesday, Jan. 10, 1990. Rev. Joe Mott officiated. Burial was in Grandview Memorial Gardens, Austin, Minn.


Etta May (Andrews) Mork was born July 24, 1903, in Dundas, Minn., to John and Anna (Jacobs) Andrews. She received her education through the 8th grade in Minnesota. She married John Mork on Nov. 24, 1930, in Iowa. He died in 1965. They made their home in Austin, Minn. and later in Panama City, Fla. The past two months she had been residing with her daughter in the Town of Reseburg.


Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Lester (Delores) Kirkwood, Austin, Minn. Miss Sylvia Schultz, Austin, Minn. Mrs. Vernon (Dorothy) Heneman, Greenwood Mrs. Gerald (Faith) Horn, Greenwood two sons, Ronald, Port St. Joe Beach, Fla. Jack, Birmingham, Ala. 23 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.


Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, two brothers and two infants.


Rink Funeral Home, Loyal, handled local arrangements.
