LAWRENCE HALBRADER


Greenwood--A former area resident, Lawrence Halbrader, 64, route 1, Dousman, died Sunday evening at the Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, where he had been admitted the previous day.


Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Missionary Baptist Church here, with burial to follow in the Town of Seif Cemetery. Memorial services will be held Thursday at Dousman.


The body will lie in state at the church beginning at noon Friday.


Born Aug. 11, 1910, on route 1, Willard, Clark County, Mr. Halbrader received his education in the local schools and later operated a saw mill in this area until moving to Dousman several years ago. He continued to operate a saw mill business there until retiring 1 years ago.


Survivors include his wife, the former Winnie Oswald two daughters, Mrs. Mike (Linda) Schmidt, Fort Atkinson, and Miss Edris Halbrader, Dousman, two sons, Warren and Randy, both of Dousman two brothers, John, Rockford, Ill., and Victor, Willard and two grandchildren.
