Greenwood--Services will be held Friday at Clairmont, Calif., for Mrs. Myrtle (Syth) Anderson, 81, formerly of Greenwood, Clark County, who died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 1974, at her home in Clairmont. Mrs. Anderson had been hospitalized after suffering a fractured hip Dec. 31.


The former Myrtle Syth was born in Greenwood, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Syth, and had been employed as a dressmaker here. She was married at Greenwood to the Rev. A.H. Anderson, a congregational pastor, who preceded her in death. For the past several years she had resided in California.


Survivors include two sons, who reside in California, and a brother, Arthur Syth, Greenwood.


In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Syth, on Jan. 9.
