SELISKAR FUNERAL HELD AT WILLARD
COUSIN OF GREENWOOD MAN ASSISTS AT SOEMN REQUIEM HIGH MASS


Greenwood--Funeral services for Gregor Seliskar, 69, who died of a heart ailment Feb. 28, 1947 at his home near Greenwood, Clark County following a long illness, were held Monday March 3 at Holy Family Catholic Church at Willard, the Rev. Bernard Ambrozic, the Rev. John Ovak, at the Rev. Joseph Frobec, Elk River, Minn., a cousin of Mr. Seliskar, officiating at the Solemn Requiem High Mass.


Pallbearers were Frank Sosar, John Brazec, Joseph Valric, Louis Arch, Mike Podobnik, and Mike Artac.


Mr. Seliskar was born in Yugoslavia March 12, 1877, and came to America when he was 22 years old. Before coming to Greenwood in 1910 he was employed in Cleveland, Ohio, and Waukegan, Ill.


In 1908 he was married to Agnes Jamnik, who survives with three sons, Philip J., at home, John , Waukegan, Ill., Gregory, Greenwood a daughter, Mrs. Frank (Mary) Makovec, Owen a brother, Dr. James Seliskar, Cleveland, Ohio and six grandchildren.
