OBITUARY OF EDWARD MILLER


Edward Miller, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Miller, was born at Greenwood, Clark County, Wis. Aug. 26, 1880 and passed away on Thursday, Dec. 4, 1941 at his home at Praag, Wis. at the age of 61 years.


On June 28, 1913 he was united in marriage to Miss Augusta Mattausch at Praag. To this union two sons were born, Oliver, who passed away at the age of four years and Orville at home. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, one sister Louise and one brother, Arthur.


Funeral services were held at Praag on Sunday, Dec. 7th, Rev. Edward Mohr of the Reformed Church of Alma officiated, with burial at the Lincoln Cemetery.


The pallbearers were Alfred Kaste, Charles Jahn, Rufolph Mueller, Cletus Wick, Otto Gaebele and Oscar Noah.


Those from here who attended the funeral were Wm., George and Oscar Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Art Wehrman, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Richmond, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Franz, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Noah, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Toburen, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Reineking, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Schlinsog, Gotlieb Kuester, John Vollrath and Ed Franz, all of Greenwood and Mr. and Mrs. Tony Karnitz of Neillsville.
